Only 50% of you managed to turn in the writing assignment to turnitin.com. This continues to be a major problem. PLEASE use your planner to write down due dates! I apologize for being absent today to finish, or start, the rest of the character interviews. From the few that I have seen, I am already impressed. I look forward to seeing more of these. Please pay close attention to the listed assignments below. Not all class are on the same page so you need to figure out where each class is and where each of you need to be by Thursday 11/29. I have simply created a list of work that must be completed by tomorrow. Homework Due on Thursday 11/29 1. Everyone needs to have submitted your Act 1 Chunks to turnitin.com by the start of class tomorrow. a. If you were absent, please ask a friend for the questions. 2. Make sure EVERY CLASS has finished reading Act 2 Scene 2 and answered all the questions. This means you will be reading some on your own without the audio. But, check below for a couple videos based on this scene. 3. On Thursday, I will be checking your journals to make sure everyone is keeping up with their entries. (25 Points) You should have 5 entries with at least 7 question per entry. Spend some quality time on this! Here are the links to the questions. a. Act 2 Prologue, Scenes 1 & 2 b. Act 1 Scene 5 c. 4th Period - We spent the day working on our chunks and reviewing the expectations for your Character interviews which have been pushed back till tomorrow. Your Chunks are still due on Thursday to turnitin.com. 5th Period - We will continue our interviews after we finish Act 2 Scene 2. Your 2 Chunks/10 sentences are due by Thursday 11/29 to turnitin.com. Tomorrow, most of you will be writing your 2 chunks while your classmates get interviewed by me.

We have a busy week ahead. Our goals are to take a quiz on quotes from Act 1, conduct character interviews, and write several chunks. Make sure that you are writing down every assignment and due date. Make sure you have answered all the questions for each scene and written a Topic Sentence. Your homework is to draw a picture of Queen Mab as described by Mercutio.
